Refund Policy

We are dedicated to ensuring you're glowing brighter than a well-captured Milky Way in a pitch-black sky! We understand things may not always go as planned, and in those instances, we've got you covered. Here is our promise to you:

Digital Products

For all our digital assets, whether it be Lightroom Presets, LUTS or Courses, we usually don't offer refunds. This is simply due to their digital nature - they can't be returned like a physical lens or tripod.

However, we're not about to leave you stuck in the dark. If there's a technical hitch that's more complicated than a camera's menu system and we can't resolve it, reach out to our support crew. We'll look into the issue and consider refunds on a case-by-case basis.


Processing Refunds

Once your refund is sent to us we'll review it and keep you in the loop. We'll let you know the status of your refund right after our assessment.

If your refund is given the green light, we'll initiate a return to your original method of payment. The speed of light doesn't quite apply here – the time it takes for your credit to appear will depend on your card issuer's policies.
